Is this PA rental in Bellingham only, or do you serve the rest of Whatcom County?
Pickup is near downtown Bellingham, and the gear goes wherever you take it. People rent a sound system for Whatcom County events in Ferndale, Lynden, Blaine and out toward Deming all the time. There’s no delivery yet, so plan on a car with the seats down.
How loud is the full rig, really?
Two 12-inch powered tops on two 18-inch powered subs is more than enough for a backyard wedding of 150, a house party, or a dance floor in a hall. For a quiet dinner or a toast, the tops pair on their own is plenty.
Can I plug in a phone or a laptop?
Yes. The Mackie mixer that comes with the full rig has a stereo input for a phone or laptop, and the tops also take Bluetooth directly. A DJ deck or a controller plugs into the mixer with the cables in the kit.
What about speaker rental for a wedding?
The full rig covers the ceremony, the toasts and the dancing. Add the wireless mic pair for the officiant and the speeches. A wedding sound system rental in Bellingham for a Saturday is usually booked as a weekend, Friday evening to Monday morning, so nobody is loading a car on the wedding day.
Do you rent DJ equipment on its own?
The Pioneer XDJ-XZ rents by itself or with the rig. It’s a full all-in-one: two decks, a mixer, USB sticks or rekordbox link. DJ equipment rental in Bellingham has been hard to find, so if you need something that isn’t listed, ask.
What is the deposit, and when does it come off?
A hold goes on your card the day before pickup and comes off once the gear is back and checked, usually within the hour. Full rig $500, anything with the DJ deck $750, single pieces $100. Nothing gets charged unless something’s damaged or missing.
What if I break something?
Tell us at return. We compare the pickup and return photos, and the repair or replacement cost comes out of the hold. Anything above the hold is charged to the same card, with the photos and a note emailed to you. Normal scuffs from a night of use aren’t damage.
Can I keep it longer than a day?
Yes. Extra days are half the day rate, and a weekend (Friday evening to Monday morning) has its own flat price. Dates are open up to six months out.
Do you have speaker stands?
Not yet. The tops sit on the subs with the poles that come in the kit. If you rent the tops without subs, bring your own stands or set them on something sturdy and level.
What do I need to bring to pickup?
The card you booked with, your ID if you haven’t uploaded it yet, and a car that fits the gear. Everything else, cables included, is in the kit.
